Metalloinvesttrans LLC is the Holding’s transport company, founded in february 2005. Metalloinvesttrans is operating railway transportation and transports iron ore raw materials for the enterprises of Metalloinvest – Lebedinsky GOK, Mikhailovsky GOK, OEMK and «Ural Steel» as well as for other companies, including Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), Mechel, coal and broken stone mines.
Metallinvestleasing JSC was founded in 2005 with an aim to support the implementation of investment projects in the metals and mining industry. It is a universal leasing company, which provides leasing services for technological equipment, specialized machinery, transport vehicles and railway carriages to the companies in the mining, steel-making and machinebuilding industries, as well as a number of related industries.
Ural Scrap Metal Company (UralMetCom) was founded in 2005. Its main area of the activities is collecting, purchasing, recycling and supplies of scrap ferrous metals for the Holding’s steel works and to other companies.
FERROBANK LLC is a universal bank, performing a wide range of financial operations. Today, SVIB has affirmed itself as a reliable, steadily growing credit organisation.
